Return & Exchange Policy

Jackpharma is committed to bring you quality products, should you have any concerns regarding your order, please send us an e-mail at info@jackpharma.com

In line with our commitment, we accept returns and product exchanges which are subject to approval. 
We only accept exchange with the same product for the following reasons:

 

  • Items which are sealed but have no content

  • Missing tablets / capsules in a blistered pack

  • No label or mislabeled

  • Malformed tablets / capsules

 

Products soiled or damaged by fire, smoke, water or heat or due to improper handling or storage will not be accepted. 

Please note that you must show the product in its original condition, which have not been tampered with.


In the event that we are unable to exchange your returned item for the same product, we can offer alternative product or issue you a full refund based on the purchase price of the item. 

We accept refunds and exchanges up to 1 week after the date of purchase. 

Quality & Safety of Products

All Jackpharma products are FDA Approved and are ensured to have at least 6 - 8 months of shelf life when delivered to you.




Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for up to 2 hours after placing by contacting us. If your order has already been paid for, processed, or shipped you will not be able to change or cancel your order.
