Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order for up to 2 hours after placing by contacting us. If your order has already been paid for, processed, or shipped you will not be able to change or cancel your order.

Please note: Shipping fees on our website are based on flat rates for convenience and faster processing. Actual shipping costs may vary depending on the destination and courier branch policies.

If the actual shipping charge is lower than the flat rate paid, the difference will NOT be refunded as the rates quoted above are Jackpharma Inc. flat rates.

If the actual cost exceeds the flat rate, we will cover the additional amount no extra charge to the customer.
